Analytics and Creative Thinking Curriculum
US Department of Education (ED)

We designed, developed, and are currently providing nationwide training on a wide range of topics, e.g., fundamentals of analytics, creative thinking, problem solving, and decision making.  This multi-year training addresses frontline learning needs to enhance workplace performance.

Cross-Occupational Curriculum
US Department of Homeland Security/Customs & Border Protection (CBP)

We designed and developed a cross-occupational training curriculum to be delivered at various levels across all CBP offices.  We are currently providing training nationwide as part of a 2.9M, multi-year contract to provide workforce development opportunities in core competencies.

Customer Service
US General Services Administration

Provided hands-on regional training designed to enhance GSA’s ability to achieve and maintain superior customer service – confronting the real world problems of service delivery.  Training focused on the foundations of customer service, and gathering and analyzing customer data.


Customer and Performance Data Management System
Washington State Department of Licensing

Provided training and consulting to staff on the foundations of service delivery and data management.  Focus of the work was to design and implement a performance monitoring and reporting system, and training others to maintain and mange it. 

Performance Improvement Program and Scoreboard
California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation (CDCR)

Provided training and consulting, and instructor certification to enhance CDCR’s ability to manage and enhance public value and customer service experiences in a challenging and sometimes hostile environment, and implemented a data monitoring and reporting scoreboard.

Data Management Program
Washington State Military Department

Provided training and consulting to help senior leaders and staff enhance customer service and performance data collection, analysis, and reporting.  Led efforts to build in-house capacity to improve performance and achieve stakeholder, constituent, and customer outcomes.


Data Management – Analysis and Reporting
Willapa Harbor Hospital, Washington

Provided training and consulting to enhance the Hospital’s ability to enhance decision making and improve performance, as well as build in-house capacity.  Efforts included using meaningful data to monitor and communicate service delivery successes to stakeholders and the public. 

Process Improvement and Analytics
Pierce Transit, Pierce County, Washington

Currently providing extensive project-based training and consulting of leadership and cohort groups to enhance the reliability and credibility of Transit data, analysis, and performance reporting.  Learning includes analytical methods to display, compare, and forecast performance.

Strategic Planning
International Community Health Services, Washington

Multi-year training and consulting project that aligned goals, objectives, and measures; tracked and communicated performance; facilitated plan deployment; allocated precious resources; and set meaningful targets and goals.  The results were a flexible, usable strategic plan.
