What we do works!

PRINCIPAL

T. S. (Steve) Marshall, Ph.D., has more than 25 years experience helping organizations in a variety of markets and locations, improve and sustain performance. Steve taught full-time at the University of Washington - Tacoma's Business Program; currently, he teaches part-time at The Evergreen State College's Master of Public Administration Program.

Steve's federal and state government experience is extensive. After years of proven results, the State of Washington purchased the rights to use several of his seminars to enhance statewide management, accountability, and performance efforts. Agency use licenses also exist in California, Oregon, and Utah.
