What are Quick Launch Charts?

QL Charts are a robust, yet flexible portfolio of graphical displays not available in Excel’s Chart Wizard or PowerPoint’s Design Templates. QL Charts are designed to allow managers and staff to produce meaningful charts with ease ­ to analyze data, show accountability, and communicate success.

How do I use them?

They are rather simple to use. Just enter the data and automatically, calculations are performed, performance analyzed, and charts created and updated. Worksheets automatically compare expected to actual performance, perform tests of variation, show progress, report findings, calculate process capability, display fixed and variable targets, show cycles and trends, and much more.
