Our Team (In Alphabetical Order):Cindy Colvin: Cindy has led numerous projects in Baldrige assessment, process improvement, developing performance measurement systems, strategic planning, succession planning, and national benchmark studies. Her strong human resource background provides her with the skills and experience to work with human resource organizations to build strategic business partnerships with their internal customers. She helps clients create true cultural organizational change. T. S. (Steve) Marshall, Ph.D.: Steve has consulted with business people and taught employees in the U.S., Australia, Poland, England, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Formerly, he taught in the business program at the University of Washington – Tacoma, and currently teaches in the Master of Public Administration program at The Evergreen State College in Olympia. Steve’s value-added lies in his unique translation of complex concepts and technologies into simple, practical tools and skills for the workplace. Christe J. O'Loughlin: Christie specializes in conducting performance and organizational management audits, and delivering Quality Management Services. She is currently the Western North District Representative of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and was a two-term past President and a member of the board of governors of the Nisqually Chapter. She is also a voting member of the Pacific Northwest and the Western Intergovernmental Audit Forums. She has been involved with the Washington State Quality Award since 2000. |
